Because we love our food, but may or may not like actually making it.

I'll start. AJ and I have been crazy busy so I'm pretty much not cooking until robotics build season is over. I want to try to fit in making an Indian Slow Cooker dish but don't know when that'll actually happen. It doesn't help that this weather makes grocery runs incredibly undesirable.

I made aloo gobi (cauliflower and potatoes) in the crock pot today. It's good but wayyy too spicy, even though I used a fraction of the recommended peppers and chili powder. I guess I needed as small a fraction of those as I usually use. Hopefully next time I get it more right.

On the other side of things, my favorite yellow lentils dish came out too bland when I made it in the new crock pot. I have no idea what happened there.
