Oft exchanged too, yes, but is an amazing country with incredibly diverse regions, amazing food (jamón is famous for a reason), tons to do, more beautiful remote villages than you could dream of, and a fascinating history that unites Islam, Judaism and Christianity. Depending on where you are, you could end up learning two languages! And if you get away from the major cities it usually isn't too touristy--I was in a city of 750,00 people, and seeing another American was a noteworthy event. |
